Dr. Stefan Wild is an Assistant Computational Mathematician in the Mathematics and Computer Science division at Argonne National Laboratory. He joined Argonne as a Director's Postdoctoral Fellow after obtaining his Ph.D. in operations research from Cornell University (2008). Dr. Wild's research interests include numerical optimization, machine learning, and numerical linear algebra.

Professor Hemanshu Kaul is an Associate Professor at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). He joined the IIT Applied Math department as an assistant professor after receiving his Ph.D. in mathematics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2006). Professor Kaul's expertise is in graph theory and combinatorics, discrete optimization and operations research, probabilistic models and methods in discrete mathematics.

Dr. Christopher Henry is a Computational Biologist at Argonne National Laboratory, a Fellow at University of Chicago, and Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University. He received his Ph. D. in chemical engineering from Northwestern University (2007), and joined Argonne as a postdoctoral scholar. He received the Jay Bailey Young Investigator Best paper in Metabolic Engineering Award in 2012. Some of Dr. Henry's research interests include application of thermodynamics to metabolic modeling and high-throughput reconstruction of genome-scale metabolic models.
